About CMLAB

We are a small creative team, trying to enrich the lives of others

Project Management

Understanding and addressing the needs of everyone affected by the project means the end result of your project is far more likely to satisfy your stakeholders. Managing a project includes identifying your project requirements and writing down what everyone needs from the project. What are the objectives for your project?

Cost Management

Within organizations, project managers have to balance between not running out of money and not underspending because many projects receive funds or grants that have contract clauses with a “use it or lose it” approach to project funds..

Quality Management

Quality on a project is controlled through quality assurance (QA), which is the process of evaluating overall project performance on a regular basis to provide confidence that the project will satisfy the relevant quality standards.

Safety Management

Safety experts have determined that risky behaviours cause the majority of workplace injuries, and that controlling these behaviours is one of the keys to effective accident prevention and a low accident rate on construction sites. Safety in construction industry is much more important.

Lean Construction

Lean construction helps to increase customer value while minimizing wasteful activities. Lean construction also provides various benefits such as reduced material and project costs, increased health and safety, reduced cycle times, and better productivity. Sustainable construction result in similar benefits in terms of environmental, social, and economical aspects.

Building Information Modelling

Building Information Modeling (BIM) is the holistic process of creating and managing information for a built asset. Based on an intelligent model and enabled by a cloud platform, BIM integrates structured, multi-disciplinary data to produce a digital representation of an asset across its lifecycle, from planning and design to construction and operations.

Our Story
